To be fair, it was a point blank shot, and there wasn’t secret service up the ass everywhere.

I repair a lot of tech and I have never seen torx other than the standard, and security version. And security torx drivers are compatible with regular torx
The hand crank can openers aren’t the only kind, there are also cheap, stamped sheet metal can openers with a blade. These are more fiddly but extremely cheap, and do the job.
Here’s some army surplus that’s 50c a pop

Ishowspeed except how many times he does something shitty no one cares.
Dudes been racist to Chinese, Indians, pulled a crypto scam and tons more. Why are people oblivious to his shit?
I mean, 90% chance it’s because: still using a hard drive, old ass CPU/heat issues+throttling, OS and software bloat.
Also do trades. People seem to have no perception that quality varies. They assume it’s busy work, it’s either done or not done, works or don’t work. All as if you flip a couple magical switches and everything’s finished.
Always frustrating to explain how the electrician that’s 15$ an hour is gonna get you killed, and that wiring isn’t just snaking cords through a conduit.
Learn to save money. Not as in “don’t buy a 5$ coffee, millennial” but fixing things.
I’m kind of a DIY guy and it’s saved me a lot of money at random times. Knowing how to safely replace an outlet, a power supply for the dish washer, various little repairs on the car, etc. It might not save a lot though since you’re renting.
Also, the United States is over educated in the wrong fields. A lot of trades are desperate for competent workers, and are willing to pay good money for it. Due to the collective societal brainwashing of “work white collar or you are stupid” became a self fulfilling prophecy, there are few left who do good work
Even if you don’t have money for classes, you can save enough for the most basic of tools and start practicing until you can try for a job.
Libraries are also a valuable source of knowledge for begining a new career.
I think it’s immoral in the sense they rarely involve, or bring their cases to police. Yeah, it sucks to get caught for the predator, but he’s still out there capable of harming children.
I think another big issue is that cops are paid like shit. This immediately removes a lot of qualified people because for that effort you could make a lot more money somewhere else.
The only candidates you are left with are those who truly care for the community, and those who get off controlling it.

Lol I thought the bottom right flag said fat cunt
More users, and less crazy people. Sometimes it’s ridiculous either what people will argue about, or how mean they’ll be.
If a basic summary is 100% accurate you will get torn to shreds.
Keyboards. They had way better and more innovative switches back then. You’ll be hard pressed to find anything today that doesn’t use cherry, or cherry clones.
Notification light. Repairability (I can practically op this thing open like the hood of a car). Far cheaper options. Headphone jack. Side loading. Fingerprint sensor. Dedicated shutter and focus button. Non proprietary charger that isn’t terrible. Emulators. Firefox plus adblocker. Customisability (least important for me honestly).
I am just happy that I have options. I can do whatever I want with this hardware. I own this device and have complete freedom. I work in repair and I am thoroughly aware of apple’s anti-consumer practices and it disgusts me. I could never buy a device from apple out of principle.
It sickens me when I have to tell customers “your totally repairable device is fucked because apple makes it arbitrarily impossible to repair.”. It makes me even sadder when they just buy another apple device, rewarding them for their behaviour.
God I fucking love those who are a gremlins of men
He seems a bit like a rascal but I think he’s just misunderstood.
Everyone spying on me, listening to everything I say and tracking everywhere I go.
That and instant pots. You just put in ingredients and out comes food. It also makes rice way better than you ever could on a stove.
Democracy dies with half the country cheering
I feel like the biggest give away is that you’d notice pretty quickly whether or not something is chocolate. The fact that this guy ate cremated ashes and STILL assumed it was chocolate is unbelievable.
Living is an art. I grew up in a very rich neighborhood, and despite their wealth, many were troubled. Tons of high functioning drug addicts, alcoholics, Hoarders, narcissists, etc. it was kind of surreal.
We also had a family friend who was poor, not verge of homelessness poor, but impoverished relative to the town we lived. Like everyone, he had his fair share of problems, and worked a lot, but he was happy. Very few things deeply troubled him and he always maintained a calm and collected demeanor. Extremely intelligent too. When I was down, upset, angry, or outright furious, he was always there to impart his wisdom, and I am a better man for it.
Seemingly few people recognize the crucial art of living. Not to live without problems but live in spite of them. So many miserable, privileged people I’ve met in that town.
