Kamala would sway any centrists towards Trump hands down. There is no brand recognition here besides maybe AOC and she’d fit a VP pick better. I fear a new candidate will only fracture us and ensure a Trump victory. There’s so much at stake for such uncertainty. I can say I will vote for whoever is opposing Trump and Project 2025. I have been spreading this to people I know since it was published. Every single one with an R tag on their ear took it to the face and said it wasn’t serious or he wouldnt actually do it. Or that it was fucken good.

The only way I see that changing is voting locally and supporting new candidates with good ideas trying to hurdle the obstacles of entry. Its hard, and there’s definitely no immediate solution. I think thats partly by design in a democracy.

Replacing Biden at this stage with no clear all star is going to fracture the Democrats completely. I’m voting for the opposing Democrat. But that’s what will happen and we will definitely lose. No one will unify under one person, though thats probably true right now already anyway.
